Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Free prize draw opens: Wednesday 13th May at 8am UK time. 
  2. Free prize draw closes:  Thursday 14th May at 8pm UK time. 
  3. It is not open to Livetec Systems Ltd staff, contractors, or their families.  
  4. Promoter of the prize draw is Livetec Systems Ltd. 
  5. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. 
  6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.  
  7. The route to entry for the prize draw and details of the entry are posted on the Livetec official website and on this URL https://2exjag.share-eu1.hsforms.com/2RtztgL9iRiugWQIgzL3Rpg
  8. Participants can enter as many times as they wish.  
  9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be posted on the Livetec official website. Prize details can be found on the Livetec official website here: www.livetecsystems.co.uk/pigandpoultry.
  10. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value at our sole discretion and without notice. 
  11. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Livetec Systems Ltd and/or its agents.  
  12. The winner will be notified by email only within 7 working days of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, then his or her name will be withdrawn, and a replacement winner will be chosen at random.  
  13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. 
  14. All matters concerning the prize draw shall be made solely at the promoter’s discretion and will be final. By entering this prize draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. 
  16. The winner understands and agrees that their name, personal data, and image may be disclosed and used for publicity purposes regarding the competition.  
  17. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: livetec.marketing@livetecsystems.co.uk
