Competition Entry Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition start date and time: Monday 1st December at 3pm UK time. 
  2. Competition end date and time:  31st December at 3pm UK time. 
  3. It is not open to Livetec Systems staff, contractors, or their families.  
  4. Promoter of the giveaway is Livetec Systems Ltd. 
  5. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. 
  6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.  
  7. The route to entry for the competition and details of the entry are posted on the Livetec official website and on this URL https://pages.livetecsystems.co.uk/12-days-of-chick-mas
  8. Only one entry per person will be accepted.  
  9. No entries will be permitted after the 31st December 2025.   
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.   11. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value at our sole discretion and without notice. 
  12. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Livetec Systems and/or its agents.  
  13. The winner will be notified by email only within 7 working days of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, then his or her name will be withdrawn, and a replacement winner will be chosen at random.  
  14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. 
  15. All matters concerning the competition shall be made solely at the promoter’s discretion and will be final. By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. 
  17. The winner understands and agrees that their name, personal data, and image may be disclosed and used for publicity purposes regarding the competition.  
  18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: livetec.marketing@livetecsystems.co.uk 
  19. This promotion is offered solely through Livetec Systems Limited. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, or any other social media outlet.
